Our house is full of furniture. Do you move it to clean?
We clean behind and under anything one person can move safely: nightstands, chairs, a light sofa, a coffee table. We don't move beds, dressers, appliances, or anything with electronics or glass on it. If you want under a heavy piece done, slide it out before the visit and we'll clean the space and help you slide it back.
We have a shedding dog. Does that change the quote?
It can. Pet hair adds real time to a standard clean, so shedding pets go into the quote up front. A move-out clean already includes that work, and on a deep clean it's an add-on. Either way, it's on your written quote before any work starts.
Our house is big. Can you quote it without seeing it?
Usually, yes. We quote by bedrooms, bathrooms, service and add-ons, not by the hour. For bigger houses we ask for a few photos before confirming, so the number is final before we start, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
Can we start with a deep clean and then go every two weeks?
