Who books us in Los Banos
Built around the Pacheco Pass commute
A lot of Los Banos runs on a long drive. Plenty of households head out early on Highway 152, over Pacheco Pass to jobs in Gilroy, San Jose and the rest of the Bay Area, and don't get back until the evening is mostly gone. That leaves the weekend for everything else, and cleaning the house is usually what gets pushed to next weekend.
So the Los Banos request we hear most is for recurring service: the same day every week, two weeks or four weeks, done while the house is empty. You don't need to be home. A door code, a lockbox or a key with a neighbor all work, and we confirm in writing how we get in and how we lock up. You leave for the pass in the morning and come home to a house that's already done.
Much of the housing here is newer subdivision construction: bigger floor plans, open kitchens, a bathroom or two more than an older house of the same size. That's fine by us. We quote by bedrooms and bathrooms, so a large newer home gets a real flat number, not an hourly guess.
Getting started is quick. Send your details online or by text and you'll have a free flat-rate quote in writing within two business hours. Scheduling happens by text too, so nobody has to take a call at work, and your Los Banos visits land on the day that fits your week.
Long workdays are the case for recurring service. The more often we come, the bigger the discount, and the less of your weekend the house takes.
Los Banos pricing
How your Los Banos quote works
The same flat-rate pricing as every town we serve. The price we quote is the price you pay, and you're never billed by the hour.
Five things set the number:
- Bedrooms and bathrooms. The size of the house, the way you'd describe it to a friend.
- The kind of clean. Standard, deep, or move-out / move-in.
- Any add-ons you pick. Extras such as inside the oven or the fridge, chosen up front, never added at the door.
- How soon. A booking inside 48 hours is +15%. With a commute schedule you can usually plan a week out, and then it doesn't apply.
- How often. Recurring service is 8% off every four weeks, 15% off every two weeks and 20% off weekly.
Recurring service starts with a deep clean, or a first standard visit at the standard rate plus 50%, so the regular visits begin from a properly reset house. We quote that first visit and the recurring rate together, before you book.
