Do you clean vacant homes before closing or the buyer's final walkthrough?
Yes. Once the home is empty we clean it so it's ready for the walkthrough or the new owner. Put the closing date in the message box when you send your request.
Do you do move-out cleaning for rental properties?
Yes. A vacant rental between tenants is exactly what this page is for. The unit should be empty, and you choose what gets cleaned, from the basics to a full move-in ready turn.
Does someone need to be there to let you in?
No. Give us a lockbox code, a door code or arrange a key pickup, and we let ourselves in and lock up when we're done. We text you when it's finished.
What does the cleaning include?
Whatever you tick in the request builder above: move-in ready for everything, or just the items you need, like the oven, fridge or windows. We quote exactly that. A few photos of the kitchen and bathrooms help us get the number right the first time.
How does payment work?
Realtors pay after the cleaning. Property management companies can choose after the cleaning, net 7, net 15 or net 30, and we send one invoice per unit to whoever handles billing.
Do you clean homes that are still lived in?
Not through agents or property managers. A home someone still lives in is a deep clean, booked directly between us and the homeowner. For realtors and property managers, the home should be empty: we clean the whole home, so no personal belongings should be left, and we're not responsible for anything left behind that gets thrown away.
Can we send several units at once?
Yes. Send one request per unit, or text or email us the whole list. Each unit is quoted on its own, and clients sending regular turns get scheduling priority.
