Who books us in Lemoore
Built around orders, inspections and deployments
Lemoore sits just west of Hanford and is home to Naval Air Station Lemoore, so plenty of households here are working to a report date or a deployment calendar. That shapes the two kinds of clean that make the most sense.
Moving out on PCS orders
Orders come with a timeline you don't control: the movers pack out, the house is empty, and the final inspection follows close behind. A move-out clean fits the gap between the two, and it goes straight for what a landlord or housing office looks at in a walkthrough: baseboards, window tracks, the inside of every cabinet and drawer, and the bathrooms.
- Book it for after the pack-out and before the walkthrough
- The house has to be empty, so movers first, then us
- Inside the oven and fridge are add-ons; include them if your checklist does
Holding down the fort during a deployment
When one spouse is running the household alone for months, cleaning is one job that can come off the list. A recurring visit every week or two takes the floors, kitchen and bathrooms off your plate, and the discount grows the more often we come.
- The first visit is a deep clean, or a standard clean at the standard rate plus 50%
- After that, the same flat price every visit
- Dates are set by text, which is easier to fit around a full house than a phone call
Not military? The same quote works for any Lemoore house, in town or out toward Stratford and Armona. Send bedrooms, bathrooms and the clean you want, and a free flat-rate quote comes back in writing within two business hours. We schedule a cleaner around your dates and confirm everything by text.

How your Lemoore quote works
It's worked out from the house and the job, and it's in writing before you book anything.
We start from your bedrooms and bathrooms and the clean you choose: standard, deep or move-out. Any add-ons you pick go on top, and a booking inside 48 hours adds 15%. Recurring service comes off the total: 8% every four weeks, 15% every two weeks, 20% weekly.
The price we quote is the price you pay, and since you're never billed by the hour, a visit that runs long doesn't change it.

Lemoore questions
Before you book in Lemoore
We're PCSing in. Can you clean the new house before our things arrive?
Yes. A move-in clean uses the same checklist and the same flat rate as a move-out, because it's the same work on an empty home. Book it for the day you get the keys, before your household goods are delivered, so every cabinet and closet can be reached.
Can we pause recurring cleans while we're away on leave?
Yes. Pausing costs nothing and there's no contract; just tell us at least 24 hours before the next visit. The one exception is stopping before your second standard clean, since the recurring discount is earned over the first two. And if more than 8 weeks pass between visits, the first one back is a deep clean again, because the buildup has had time to return. We'll say so before we book it.
My PCS orders just came through. When should I book the move-out clean?
As soon as you know your pack-out and inspection dates. The clean goes after the movers finish and before the final walkthrough, because the house has to be empty. A booking inside 48 hours adds 15%, so a little notice saves you money.
Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
Cleanliness won't be the reason it's held back, but no cleaner can fix repair items like nail holes, carpet stains or normal wear. Send us the move-out checklist from your landlord or housing office before you book, and we'll tell you up front if anything on it is outside what we do.
