And original bathrooms, which is where the real work is — decades of Central Valley groundwater leaves mineral crust on shower glass, faucet bases and toilet rings that ordinary scrubbing will not touch.

The newer subdivisions
Flat modern trim, larger tile and vinyl-plank floors, and bathrooms young enough that the glass and chrome are still recoverable with a normal clean. There's simply less buildup to remove, so the work is faster and more predictable from visit to visit.

Every two weeks is the one we actually recommend
